Legislation has been passed to abolish the IPP sentence 3RD DEC and has done so. But has done nothing about the thousands of prisoners already serving the sentence.here are over 6,000 people in prison who arguably shouldn’t be there and have no release date. A senior high court judge describes them as ‘the disappeared’,
